また過去に健康診断などで心臓に異常はあると言われたことはないといっておられましたが、ところどころ急に脈が速くなったり、脈が飛ぶ期外収縮みたいなところも散見できました。

最後にお水を飲んだときの心臓の音を聞いていただきました。

また飲み込んだ時にお水が体の中を通っていく音がしておりそれにびっくりしておりました。
続いてスクワットした際の心臓の音を聞いていただきました。
さらさんはこう見えてあまり運動をしないらしく、スクワットも苦手ということらしいです。
スクワット中も「きつい！」と言われており表情もつらそうです。
また「心臓が速くなってます！」とご自身の鼓動の変化も実況して下さっております。
スクワット中の鼓動も収音しており普段、運動をされていないだけあって鼓動もどんどん速くなっていき、終わりがけには心拍数は１３０BPMくらいありかなりバクバクですね。
胸に手を当てていただき鼓動を感じられるか確認していただくと「めっちゃドキドキしてる！」と息を切らせながら言われており、ご自分の鼓動に合わせてドクンドクンと言っておられました。
最後に深呼吸をしていただくと、「ドクドクドク、ドク、 ドク、 ドク、」と速かった鼓動が突然遅くなっておりました。
今度は踏み台昇降をしていただきました。
こちらも踏み台昇降をしている最中の心臓の音を収音しております。鼓動も聞こえやすいですね。初めこそ、普通の速さですがさすが踏み台昇降ですね、徐々に鼓動が速くなっていっており、ラスト３０秒辺りで全速力でしていただくと鼓動がめちゃ速いのはもちろんですが、一拍一拍がとても力強いです。
文字で表現するなら「ドク！ドク！ドク！ドク！ドク！ドク！」といった感じですね。
さらさんにも聞いていただくと「めっちゃドクドク言ってる！」と言われております。
私もさらさんの胸に手を当てさせていただきましたが、少し触れるだけで本当に飛びでそうなくらい、バクバクしてるのが伝わってきております。
最後に深呼吸をしていただくとやはりスクワットのときのように急激に鼓動が遅くなっており「すごいゆっくりになった！」と言っておられました。
深呼吸の大事さが分かりますね。
圧迫したときの心臓の音は、さらさんには頑張って圧迫中耐えていただいておりますが、細すぎる体にはかなりきついらしく、圧迫中、首を横に振って限界を訴えておられます。
圧迫中は、私の手がさらさんの鼓動で揺れているのも確認できます。
また圧迫中、鼓動が弱弱しく空回りしているような状態になっております。圧迫から解放すると一度正常な鼓動に戻りますが突然、今度はゆっくりになってしまっております。何度か圧迫をしておりますが同じような感じで鼓動しており。心臓にかなり負担がかかっているのが明白ですね。終わった後ベッドに倒れこんでおりました。
胸部圧迫後の鳩尾の拍動と心臓の音は、胸部圧迫の撮影が終わってベッドに倒れこんでおられたので撮影をさせていただくと胸部圧迫の影響で偶然にも脈が何度か乱れているのが確認できました。
「ドック、ドックドク」や「ドック、ドック、ドック、 、 、ドック、ドック、ドック」と聞いていて明らかに正常ではない動きをしておられます。ちなみにさらさんにはその自覚はないようです。
また鳩尾の拍動もピクピクと動いているのが確認できます。
心エコーと心臓の音では、横になっている状態、座った状態、立った状態、運動後をそれぞれ撮りました。またエコーの映像は全て圧縮ファイルに格納しておりますのでそちらも併せて見ていただければと思います。初めに横になっている状態では、さらさんのお胸にプローブを当てると細い体の中で心臓が動いているのが見えております。初めて見るご自分の心臓に「すごーい」と言われております。
途中で腕を上に上げて伸びをしていただくと心臓の見え方も変わっており「見え方が変わった」と言われております。
また初めて見る自分の心臓に「可愛い」や「ちゃんと生きてるんだ」と言っておられました。
次に座った状態で心エコーをしております。
横になっているときよりも動きが速いですね。
「全然違う、さっきと！」と見え方の違いに驚いており、途中自分の心臓の動きに合わせて頭を振っておりました。
立った状態でもエコーを当ててみると座っているときよりさらに速くドクドクと動いている心臓の動きが見えており、「さっきより速い！」と言われておりました。
最後に踏み台昇降後に心エコーをしてみました。
踏み台昇降後の約１４５BPMくらいで鼓動しているバクバクの心臓に心エコーを当てるとバクバクバクとものすごい速度で動いている心臓が見えており「めっちゃ速い、激しい」などと言われており、その速さに驚いておりました。
袋を被って運動したときの心臓の音では、サンプル動画でも言っていたように今回の撮影で一番きつかったようです。
ベッドに横になり頭に袋を被った状態で、足を動かして運動をしてもらっております。袋がさらさんの呼吸に合わせて膨らんだりしぼんだりしており、しっかりと密閉されているのが分かります。
途中であまりの苦しさに袋を緩める場面もありますがそれでも袋の中の空気は完全には換気できていないようで常に酸素の少ない空気を呼吸しながら運動されております。
心臓も少ない酸素が溶け込んだ血液をを体中に送るように必死に鼓動しているのが心音から分かります。
最後に方では、かなり苦しそうな表情をされており辛そうです。パルスオキシメーターの酸素飽和度も一時７７まで落ちており、さらさんの体の酸素が欠乏しているのが分かります。ここまで酸素飽和度が落ちると苦しくなるのも無理はありませんね。
袋を外すと肩で息をされて新鮮な空気を肺に取り込んでおりました。
「意識飛びそうでした。」と最後に感想を言われております。
最後に電気マッサージ器でアレをしていただいているときの心臓の音を撮り、その音をさらさんにも聞いていただきました。
こんな状態の心臓の音はまず聞く機会がないのでさらさんにとっても貴重な経験だと思います。
